Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Corsanova, we understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds are handled:

1. Cancellations

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% refund.

  • Same-day or no-show: No refund.

2. Reservation Changes

Date or vehicle changes must be requested 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Force Majeure

Corsanova is not liable for cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
